Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right you can return it.

Return window
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and are advised to use a trackable service. I am not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

How to start a return

1. Email me at [GlasperleHH@gmail.com] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. I’ll confirm the return and share the return address.

3. Send the item(s) back within 7 days of our confirmation.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, please place a new order and return the original item as above.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items
Custom or made-to-order items, gift cards, and used or damaged items (not due to our error) cannot be returned.

EU consumer rights
If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights (including the 14-day right of withdrawal) remain unaffected by this policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
Kim-Jana Willi and her customers via the website www.glasperlehamburg.de,
particularly regarding the booking of workshops and the purchase of products.

2. Subject of the Contract

I offer creative workshops in the field of glass art as well as the sale of handmade products.
Details regarding the workshops and product specifications can be found in the respective descriptions on the website.

3. Conclusion of Contract

All offers displayed on the website are non-binding.
A contract is only formed once I confirm the booking or order in writing (e.g., by email).

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 days of the booking confirmation.
Payment is made via bank transfer to the account specified.

5. Services & Bookings

I offer creative workshops and individual artistic services.
Please note that availability is limited, and spots are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
If requested, you can be added to a waiting list.

Booking a workshop or service is binding once confirmed via email.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
Payment information will be provided upon booking.

6. Workshop Participation / Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop are free of charge.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before, the full participation fee is due.
However, the amount will be converted into a voucher that can be applied to a future workshop.
This voucher is non-refundable but transferable and will be issued individually based on the situation, in consultation with the participant.

6. Product Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed.
The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color, shape or texture may occur and do not constitute defects.

8. Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages caused by willful intent or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for items brought to workshops by participants.

9. Copyright

This website provides information about my artwork, workshops, and related services.
All content, including images, texts, and designs, is protected by copyright.
Any use or reproduction without prior written permission is not allowed.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, to the extent permitted by law.
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
